Biosketch:
Nicholas Castle (Ph.D., Health Policy and Analysis, Penn State University
1994), is an Associate Professor with the University of Pittsburgh in the
Department of Health Policy & Management. He currently has over 100 first
authored publications in peer-reviewed journals and is currently working on
5 grant funded initiatives. Dr. Castle serves on four editorial boards,
including The Gerontologist and is a Fellow of the Gerontological Society of
America. He is currently examining staff turnover in nursing homes, the
federal report card Nursing Home Compare, and nursing home administrator job
satisfaction.
