| Position: Assistant Professor Research Interests:
Organizational Theory (Strategic Management, Resource Dependence,
Institutional, and Population Ecology), Long-Term Care, and Minority Health Biosketch:
Dr. Lin joined the Department of Health Policy and Management in the fall of
2006 as an assistant professor. In 2006 he completed his PhD at the University
of California in the Health Services and Policy Analysis program. Prior to his
doctoral training, Dr. Lin worked at the University of Colorado Health Science
Center in the Center on Aging. In 1996 he earned his MSPH from the Department
of Health Policy and Administration at the University of North Carolina. Dr.
Lin’s research interests focus on health status and quality of care. He is a
member of AcademyHealth and the Gerontological Society of America.
